IBPS, an autonomous body, conducts the recruitment process once a year for candidates, who aspire to join any of the Participating Organisations as a Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee or in a similar post in that cadre.

Graduate candidates in any discipline from a recognized university. Those who are in the Final year of their Graduation/Semester may also apply.
